What is E-Hire?
E-Hire, powered by Companion ITCS LLC, is simple recruitment, onboarding, and training software for caregivers. It’s the easiest way to streamline and optimize your business systems and processes. It is made for Home Health Care and Hospice industries.
For whom is E-Hire designed?
In Home Health Care and Hospice agency, E-Hire creates a streamlined workflow starting from connecting the potential candidates to HR and onboarding the qualified candidates until they are efficiently placed on a case. System design is completely focused on productivity in terms of finding the perfect match and providing all the necessary tools to onboard the selected candidates faster.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes! All new E-Hire users get 7-days free on the premium plan! You can send application packets to candidates, build their electronic application packets with signatures, and many more tasks within your trial period. Later you can choose any plan.
Is E-Hire simple to use?
Yes! Most small business softwares are overly complex and almost impossible to figure out. E-Hire is designed for simplicity. It helps to carry out the tasks to achieve the goals efficiently in a short period of time.
Does E-Hire work 24/7 for us?
Yes! E-Hire works for your agency 24/7.
Does E-Hire provide any ready-made training content?
No! E-Hire does not provide any training content. But our team can sit with your nursing team and build your quality and branded training content. So you can upload it in your E-Hire account.
Can I give admin access to other staff members?
Yes absolutely! You can grant admin permissions to enable other users to use other departments like HR, Nursing, Compliance, Scheduling.
Does it cost me extra to add more staff members?
No, you can add unlimited staff members in your plan.
Does it cost me extra to add more candidates/existing caregivers?
We don’t charge per caregiver, but each plan has a set amount of caregivers allowed in the system. For instance, on the Standard Plan, you can add up to 25 active caregivers, all included in your monthly price. But if you add more than 25 caregivers in the month, your current plan will be upgraded. The system will notify you accordingly.
What if I want to change plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the Admin account.
Is E-Hire safe and secure to use?
Absolutely. The E-Hire app is secured. All your account data is encrypted and confidentially stored. All of our data is stored on a cloud-based server and database that is PCI Level 1 compliant and backed up daily. All uploaded images and files are stored with Google cloud storage.
Does E-Hire share my data with 3rd parties?
We will not sell, rent, exchange, or share your personal information/account details with any third parties without your permission.
E-Hire will share the collected information to respond to the investigation, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of CompanionITCS’s terms of service, or as otherwise required by law.
If E-Hire is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the subscription at anytime. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.
Can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds at this time. However, you can cancel your account at any time, and you can try the platform for free with our 7-day free trial.
